Used mainly in poultry and pork feeds as a protein source, which is essential in the formation of muscle tissue.  This product is high in the essential amino acid lysine and in phosphorous and calcium.  It is also a source of B vitamins, and of minerals such as zinc, magnesium, sodium and chlorine.
